Durrës/Gjiri i Lalzit

The Adriatic Sea is rich in life, it is well known for its salty, rich water with great health benefits and for its tasty sea food. A strategic location for tours and adventures with lots to experience across Albania. You find the best food and restaurants here. It is close to the mountains and the colorful capital of Tirana.

Durrës is the main weekend retreat for people who live in Tirana, together with Gjiri Lalzit with its 15 km long, wide beach amazing for long lazy days in the sun. Kepi i Rodonit is a peninsula north of the city, great for fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, mountain biking and trekking.

Durrës offers both lively beaches with beach clubs and music south of the harbor, and quiet peaceful beaches in the northern part of the city. Durrës port is the largest port in Albania with 5 daily departures to Italy. The city is close to Tirana International Airport with many flights a day to Europe and outside Europe.

Vlorë/Drimades

The Albanian Riviera. Fantastic, beautiful, long beach promenade along the whole city that invites you to all sorts of activities. The crystal clear, deep Ionian Sea starts here. Here you find rocky cliffs, pebbled beaches and kilometers of sandy beaches. From the harbor, you can take the boat to Karaburun peninsula or to the Island Sazan and explore its caves and pristine beaches.

Llogara national park is just 15 min away by car, and offers spectacular hiking trails. The Llogara pass takes you south of Vlorë, towards Palasë and the paradisic villages along the coast. It’s a spectacular drive to say the least.

The Vlorë riviera and the villages south of Llogara such as Jalë, Dhermi, Borsch are the summer favorite for many Albanians. Within the not too distant future, an airport is planned to be built in Vlorë.

Sarandë/Ksamil

The beautiful small city in south with its paradise beaches in Ksamil. Since several years, Sarandë is the main tourist destination of Albania. Flamur knows this region well and for those who want to find the pearls and enjoy a different Sarandë away from the tourist areas, he will find unique properties for sale.

There is plenty to see and do in southern Albania. The Cultural Heritage site Butrint is a world heritage protected, 2500 year old city that today serves as a outside museum site. Blue Eye is a magical water spring with its cold and blue/green water. The mountains offer hiking and adventure. Korfu is only 40 min boat ride away.

Tirana

The capital city’s location, half surrounded by mountains and close to the sea, makes it special. The city has rich nature experiences close by. The cable car up to the mountain Dajti offers hiking and nature experiences. The forest and lake in the middle of the center are the city’s lungs. Grand, old boulevards offer soft shade and lush greenery. Tirana is dense with restaurants, cafés and a vibrant cultural life and music scene. A colorful city of opportunities that is making a quantum leap into the future. Tirana International Airport offers many flights per day to and outside of Europe.

Mountain Regions

The powerful mountain of Theth in Northern Albania offers magnificent alpine landscapes, world class hiking and breathtaking nature. Mount Tomorr appears like a pyramid from the farming landscapes in its foothills. The central part of Albania offers unique rafting in the deep canyons. The city of Berat is located at the foot of Mount Tomorr. The city is a UNESCO protected World Heritage City, with 3000 year old buildings that have stood the test of occupation and dictatorship, still inhabited to this day, offering a lot to explore.
