Bledar and his crew are passionately dedicated to innovating traditional Albanian cuisine, and presenting the wealth of the Albanian kitchen to the world.<\/p>\n
We realised early on that we had many common values, shared an artistic spirit and above all a dedication to telling the story of Albania’s beauty and richness. So we started a createive collaboration. Bledar had been invited to submit an entry to the World Gourmet Society’s Best Plate Challenge, and asked me to produce it.<\/p>\n

Bledar prepared the traditional Albanian dish Trahana, and amongst many talented chefs, he received the 3rd place yesterday in Monaco.
